Horrible. We haven’t been for a while and decided to try it to see if maybe things had changed. The server was clueless. She was asked for a drink menu or if any non alcoholic beverages were available. She had no idea and anything requested (bubblegum syrup and cranberry juice) was out. We had grabbed ketchup bottles from several tables because they were all empty. We ordered our meals and she brought them fast and timing was right but the salad was more like a bowl of cheese with a little bit of lettuce. The ranch was so thick you could not even drizzle it into the salad. Unfortunately the person with that meal didn’t get to eat which I don’t blame her- who wants a bag of cheese to eat? Nothing was pre bussed and we were hardly checked on and at the end we were rushed. After we had gotten things packed up and finished our beer, we sat for a while in which we asked the bartender for another drink. Everything was locked up so we were told she couldn’t get it or she was out. She said I could go to the inside bar. If I wanted to wait on myself I would have went home. We also asked for a bag and our waitress for the check. The bartender we asked never helped but went back to closing the patio. We finally had gone inside to which the bartender in the inside was sitting at her bar with a guy who appeared to be a boyfriend. Sh got up with the attitude that she was being bothered and again I asked for a bag and the waitress. She flung the door open behind the bar and brought me a bag but never got out waitress. We were back at our table and I again, after some time had to ask the bartender to please get her as we wanted our checks. All Of the tables looked dirty. The bartenders were not friendly. No manager or anyone were around to be found. The waitress was nice but not personable. The bartender outside was dressed very unprofessional. Other than the waitress not being personable and being clueless about drinks and beers and specials, she was atleast dressed professionally and did a better job than the other girls who just seemed to not care at all. We tried to give it another chance, we will not be back at all until better management and staff...

Luckily I've had Thelma's before. On 11-15-2021 we went for our daughters birthday, her brothers hadn't had Thelma's before. The waitress was FANTASTIC, but the cook was terrible. 2 out of 6 of us ordered the BIG burger. Was supposed to be 2 Patty's, pulled pork, cheese, onions, pickles and something else. They got 1 patty, a ton of onions covering up the the very big lack of pulled pork on the one and no pulled pork on the other, no pickles and other toppings. The waitress told the cook and he proceeded to argue with her. If he's arguing with her, he's arguing with us The Customer. So he made 2 patty's and pulled pork to be put on 2 now cold sandwiches. Our other meal, ribs, were burnt and couldn't eat all of it due to that fact. The manager, who never came to speak with us, took 4 dollars off our bill then proceeded to charge us 4 dollars for 2 patty's that should have been on the burger to begin with. I'm very disappointed in the actions and ignorance of these employees and hope. We loved our waitress and for her and her alone, we will come back...

Walked in and was greeted by the bartender and told to have a seat where ever we would like. We choose a seat, then proceeded to wait 30 minutes. During that time I saw 3 young waitresses walk past didn't make eye contact which they were busy handing out check to other tables. Another lady serving food walked past 4-5 times and each time made eye contact. In which this was about 20 minutes in. Waited another 10 to see if she will tell anyone, nobody came to the table. 30 minutes and not even given a menu or asked about a beverage. Proceed to walk out the door and the same bartender who told me to sit wherever told me to have an amazing night which felt smart because he saw us sitting for 30 minutes and nobody coming to speak to us.... the bar down the street offers wonderful food and drinks and the service actually was brought to the table!!! HIGH STREET PUB IS THE NAME!!!!! Keep in mind there was maybe 4 tables taken up with food and 2 of which where already done eating... why so many workers...

Let me tell you how happy I was to pop in after work for dinner. Summer is in the air, the evening was warm and beautiful. Just right for patio dining: a relaxing after work treat. I'm gonna be honest here: since the new management, menu change and seating updates over the past year, I was not impressed last year but this visit completely changed my opinion. The bartender was super nice and attentive, even remembered my name and that I enjoy dinner on the patio in the summer. 😀 Everything was great, they got all the kinks worked out. I had the Pittsburgh salad with steak and the fried pickles for a starter. Just perfect. I did think the tiny kid fork was unusual but the food was amazing, the vibe was chill and the beer was ice cold. Give it a try!!!! Oh, and Wednesdays are wing night!!!

Our family has been frequenting this restaurant for years. When it switched over to Thelma's from previously being called Danny's we were skeptical. But the second we walked in and tried the service, the food, and the bar service, we were very very pleased! Their Friday fish fry is on point! I went and We got several kinds of wings and we got him smoked directly off the grill. This is something we found very unique and tasty and well worth it! We even boxed extra wings to go so we could take him back to her dad. He was very happy as well! Kudos Thelma's. Definitely worth checking out this little local spot in Sharpsville Pennsylvania.

Cool little place!! Sat at the bar and could immediately tell there were several regulars hanging out as well as people like me who are just in town for a weekend. The service was good, the food was even better, and we got a whole lot of food for the price. Personal favorite of mine was the pulled pork, which came out on Texas toast and covered with cheese. It was absolutely divine. The wife had pierogis and said they were amazing as well. There was also several vegetarian option on the menu for those looking.
