The PF Pizzeria (Pizza Factory), Pub, and Grinds — Restaurant in Shelby Township

Ordered our pizza and bread sticks around 6:45. At 7:30 we were still waiting for the food. We checked and the server said it's in the oven and went back to moping the floor. At 7:45 she approached us and asked if we were waiting on something. She said she would go check what happened. We said if it's not already in don't worry about it. She finished closing up and never returned to talk to us. Mistakes happen but an apology would have been nice instead of leaving someone driving back home to find something to eat after 8 pm. The pizza may have been good if I were given the chance to try it. If I did that to someone I would have been writing free coupons and profusely apologizing. But we live in a world with little concern for customer service anymore. But hey I brought home a free plate out...

Wings Wednesday and meatball Mondays are 2 big reasons why I'm BIG. M-F lunch buffet 11-2 (small soup & salad fair too). Includes small fountain pop/tea. Currently below 9$ with tax. For a hometown Pizzaria they get it right! Very good crust. The right kind of cheese (stringy when hot). Sauce is not over powering in quantity or flavor. Not sure what other things they offer because the pizza is so good. Also has "Pat's pub" attached on same building (walkthrough). I think wife runs pizza and husband runs bar. Never had any issues dining in but this evening when we arrived, a bunch of kids were there standing and obnoxious talk and cussing. They kept opening the door, also blocking people coming in and out. This continued the whole time we were there. Toward the end, the employees (possibly the owner) saw what was going on. If this continues it will possibly make customers not want to dine in especially with their families. Other then this costumer service was great as always and the food was great. Hope this will be taken...
