Chester's Chicken — Restaurant in Shelby

I've been stopping frequently over the last four years. I love their chicken livers. The last several trips, there have been none. At one point, I was told it was 5 minutes to cook more. Another, 10 minutes and another, 15 minutes. Today, I saw the empty container. Yup, they were out. I declined a purchase while my companion paid. I was informed I should have asked them to cook more. I told the lady I didn't have 15 minutes to wait.

I was promptly dressed down by the young woman, explaining it was only 3 minutes, and it was my fault there weren't any.

I'll sure be glad when they hire another...

I stopped in to pick up a 3 piece chicken dinner and asked for two legs and a thigh. When I opened the package at home, it contained the SMALLEST chicken thigh I've ever seen. It was smaller than the chicken legs. It could have been a wing but the bones were similar to a thigh. I was extremely disappointed as I do like Chester's Fried Chicken. Going forward, I will ask to see the pieces BEFORE the lid is closed in the box. If my order was correct, I would have rated...

Shaila is the rudest person I have delt with! She wants to argue and play the last word game with you over .99 charge for gravy! All I did was ask why today I was being charged to put my gravy on the side (yes I ordered mashed potatoes) but last night I wasn't charged. Doesn't gravy come with mashed potatoes?? I didn't ask for additional gravy I just wanted the portion that came with the potatoes. Pretty sad I had to take a trip back to elementary school just...
