As a pizza delivery driver, for Papa John's, I do realize that many people do have bad days. I want to sincerely apologize for any rude delivery drivers, or comments which have been made toward customers. I am not part of the management staff, but, as a representative for Papa John's while in my uniform, I feel as though that it is everyone's Duty from that location to apologize for any misconduct, or unprofessionalism from any of the staff. Yes, there are times where the delivery drivers do get frustrated over a bad night when it comes to tips, because we live off of tips from people. Quite literally. As for cold pizzas, there are times in which we do get extremely busy, and where we may have only one or two drivers at the time, it is very difficult, especially when we have many deliveries, and limited drivers, to deliver every pizza within a specific time range and make sure that they are still hot and fresh when they come out of the store and deliver to our customers. As a late night driver, I have experienced one specific night where I was the only delivery driver, at around 11:30 p.m., and had about five deliveries that I had to make. It was not a very easy task, especially since my phone's GPS cut out on me. Once again, we do apologize for any inconvenience which may have been caused by our lack of staff or lack of professionalism from our store. We do hope that we continue to gain customers, and we are trying our best to reform our store to make it the best in the area. Many thanks to our loyal customers who have not given up on us. And we hope that those who have left us, we'll come back again to join...
Read morePizza tasted okay, could’ve been cooked slightly longer. However, my main issue was with the delivery driver. I cracked my door to greet him and he just stared at me before looking into my apartment. I said hi to get his attention and stop him from looking in. He said hi and handed me the pizza. Took the pizza, thanked him, started to close ghe door, and he told me to hang on cause he was going to check for another pizza. I told him there wasn’t one. He then proceeded to actually lean over so he could look into my apartment more. Told him bye and he started to leave so I closed the door and locked it as fast as I could. The whole interaction was unsettling and honestly, inappropriate. I did not feel safe and I still don’t feel very happy about this. He had absolutely no reason to look into my apartment once, let alone to lean over for a second look. Especially with a cracked door; I’d think that would be the opposite of an invitation. All in all, I sincerely hope they do background checks on their drivers and have conduct conversations with them because this was...
Read moreReally sad. Today, I ordered cheese pizza for my son, as we usually do from Papa John's, and he had to wait for 1hour and 15 minutes to eat. The first time the medium cheese pizza came with no sauce. I had to send it back because though I tried to convince him, he would not eat it. I had already paid as well as tipped the driver 2 dollars, so I was out $15. I When I called the manager, she implied I was lying by repeatedly saying they don't make those kind of mistakes and that it was 'very unusual', she DID NOT issue an apology, which was disappointing. My son finally got his pizza, but not before I lost even more money as I tipped the 2nd driver, I felt it to be fair to the driver as it was not her fault. I called back and told the manager that the appropriate thing to do was to apologize and own the mistake. So all in all, I lost close to about $19.00 for a medium cheese pizza from Papa John's. Not happy at all. If it weren't for my son's preference, i would never order from them again. I will try to find a...
