Poor experience at a mediocre restaurant. We ordered fried pickles and two burgers with green beans. When our burgers were delivered, the waitress realized the pickles were never brought out. It was no big deal and we didn’t even mention that we hadn’t got them. We never said or asked but she volunteered to take them off the bill. My burger was extremely undercooked. I was hesitant to mention it since the fried pickles were already comped. I did finally ask our waitress if this was the normal cooking of the burgers and she said “no it’s not they’re usually cooked medium well”. No offer to remake or an apology for such an undercooked, inedible burger. The patty was thin, I have no idea how it could have been so undercooked. The green beans were very tasty. However, we were surprised when we got our bill that green beans were an extra $5.99 per plate. Fries and green beans were both $7.99 on the sides menu so I wouldn’t have guessed it would have been that much of a substitute up-charge. Brew Brothers was way overpriced for poorly cooked food. We’ve never had a problem at Jack Binon’s, save your time and just go there for good food at the Casino.

Food was meh but our service was great. Our server was Trudy. Super nice and very helpful with menu choices. We both had the Meatloaf platter. It is served with green beans, baked potato, and two hefty slices of meatloaf with BBQ sauce and onion petals. It was all just ok. We had to send the Meatloaf back because it wasn't hot. Our server told us they had NEW on the grill but when we got it back k,both sides were burned and the purposeful places I had eaten (middle of the bottom slice) were on my plate. I definitely would not pay $60 for this experience again. (2 meals, a sofa, and two extra sides of sour cream).

Looking for great food while gambling? Bingo. You found the right place. I've been here several times and haven't been disappointed. My wife got the meatloaf platter. It was hearty with plenty of brussels sprouts. I got a Cuban. The sandwich was flavorful and filling. Everything you want in a sandwich. The fries were also really good. Crispy and properly seasoned. The service was great as well. The front overseated our server. She had four tables along with an eight top. That didn't slow her down. Overall, I was impressed with this place and will be back again without question.

Oh Brew Brothers, where do I begin? My husband, mother, and I visited this restaurant on Christmas Eve. There was a 30-minute wait due to low staffing. This was understandable. Once we got seated, the host brought us each a water. The waitress came to our table after ten minutes to apologize for our wait and walked away before taking any drink orders. She returned around 15 minutes later to take our food orders. We ordered an onion ring tower appetizer. I had been here several months ago and had the best pork chop of my life, so I asked if they still made the pork chop with bourbon bacon jam topping and she said no. While disappointed, this was not her fault so I decided to try the 'new' pork chop with a plain baked potato. My husband ordered a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich and my mother ordered chicken tenders and fries. Approximately 25 minutes later, the waitress came back to our table and told my husband that they were out of Philly Cheesesteak, so he ordered a Colt burger. She then left and finally returned 1/2 hour later and slid my pork chop across the table and told me "We're out of potatoes." I was never offered the choice of another side. My mother's chicken tenders were overdone and dried out. My husband was not served food for another five minutes. Once served, the bun on his burger was too stale to eat. We had waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes at this point. Remember the onion tower? Never got it. We were never given any more water or had an opportunity to order another drink (the beers that we brought in had been empty for over an hour and our water had been gone for quite some time.) This was the worst service I can remember ever having and to say that the food was disappointing would be an understatement. I honestly have no idea why you were open for service when you had run out of basic food items. We were not offered a discount for incomplete our orders. All that said, we still tipped the waitress $20 because it was Christmas Eve. We walked out of the restaurant hungry. ...

Just wanted to relay a message about our poor service at Brews Brothers on Saturday Feb 15th...From the time we got there till we left NOTHING went right. The lady that tried to seat us put us at a booth that was so tight my husband and I could barely squeeze in...we went to find her to politely ask for a table and she told us to give her a minute...she stomped over to the bar and put her head in her hands like we were stressing her out. She took us back to the booth and asked us what was wrong...we showed her how uncomfortable it was (and we aren't the largest of people) and she said she didn't know what to do. I told her never mind...we would just go to the next booth because that table could scoot over to the other side so we could both sit comfortably on the same side. Took awhile for the waitress to finally come...she took our order. ..took a long time to get our food. They only brought one steak and we told them we had ordered 2 of the same steak frites. That lady had to go track down the waitress who came and told us she messed up and only put in the one...so we waited another long time for the second steak. We asked for water refills 3 times before she finally brought them. The restaurant was not busy so I'm not sure why all the trouble. Seemed like most staff and managers were hanging around a booth near us while 2 gals folded silverware napkins. We have been here a couple other times and service wasn't great then either...but this $100 meal experience was really disappointing. The only positive was the delicious steak. Not sure if we can trust a future visit...hoping some improvement can be...
