Hy-Vee Deli — Restaurant in Sheldon

My wife and I enjoyed breakfast here this morning. I had the skillet dish with the veggies and sausage. The cashier and servers were attentive and polite. The food was pretty good - the potatoes were extra crispy (a personal favorite), the eggs were cooked well, and the vegetables were prepared adequately. This is a small point, but I appreciated the skillet type dishes they served the dish in. Nothing really negative to say, other than I felt that the food was a tad bit more oily than I usually like. This is probably how the potatoes get to be so crispy, though they didn't strike the right balance between undercooked soggy and greasy crispy. The facilities were clean and...
