My tablet was broken and was told when I took it in that they should be done in about a wk 2 tops and they could take my pics and videos off it put on flash drive. They had it for almost 2 months. I left my number for them to call me and no one ever did. I called there about 3-4wks asking about my tablet. I was told that the part they needed didn't come on truck the 1st wk and 2nd wk they forgot to order it. No big deal!! I called about 2 wk into January talked to the guy who answered the phone he had a little bit of attitude. He said let me see if we even have ur tablet. I got argumentive and was upset. I was given to the manager and I told him y I was upset and I did raise my voice and was upset. He then said "ok mommy" I said excuse me u just called me mommy and he said yes cuz I feel like u r talking to me like a child. I then said wouldn't u be upset if u waited this long and have to pay for it. I said I'm never bringing anything in there again I'll take it to SF. We both calmed down and he then told me they fixed my tablet and took pics and videos on a flash drive. Then he said since I was unhappy he was not going to charge me for it. Which I wasn't expecting at all. I went to pick up later that day and the guy at counter tried telling me I owed about $20 and I said the manager said it was completely free is he here or can u call him. We sent in our computer, our wireless mouse, and a return shipping label. They sent out computer back lost the shipping label and the wireless mouse. My husband called 3 days in a row to try and figure out what they were going to do. They gave him the run around every day. How do you run a business and lose someone's personal items? When I went to pick it up and hour and a half later they had already replaced my screen with a white one.
