Service is slow AF. The little girl call herself the manager was hateful and sarcastic when I complained. I was told 4 times it was almost ready, two other tables came in ordered ate (one also had breadsticks) my husband ate and I was still being told just another minute almost an hour after placing my order. The men at the next table who came in well after me and ordered well after my order was placed and were on a lunch break from a construction job, I work construction as well and was also on my lunch break . As I woman in construction and middle aged at that people rarely seem to understand I have to get back to work too and the guy next to me is no more important. The little manager girl running the oven was texting when we walked in, several more time while I waited for my food and still had that phone in her hand when we argued about how unacceptable the wait was, it’s Friday afternoon and 5 tables three of which came in after us. I give a 0 if I could. The manager Hannah must have some kind of serious mental issues to throw such a fit over a small $7.44 personal pizza. First the small pizza was undercooked so when I went back to complain I asked what the store number was and Hannah pretty much yells at me with extreme attitude mind you I was not speaking with Hannah she was in the background. She then proceeded to tell me that if there was going to be a problem I can leave. The only problem Hannah was you. I was not rude in any manner, was respectful and speaking in normal tone, unlike you. I conduct myself very professionally, unlike you. I do not think Hannah is a good fit for the manager position of the store for her customer relations skills suffer severely. I requested a refund for my $7.44, they threw away the old pizza and the pizza they were making for me I’m sure was thrown away as well.
