Dunkin' — Restaurant in Shelton

Occasionally ordered food/drinks from this location. On Today's visit, I ordered an espresso shot, (specifically 1 shot) as a to-go beverage on it's own. Having had espresso shots at various Dunkin' locations, I didn't think much of this shot except for the fact that I had received 2 shots at once. While some may appreciate generosity on the location's part in extra caffeine, my body does not respond well to caffeine of this quantity, as I used to overdose on 400mg+ caffeine doses. As a caffeine moderate drinker, two espresso shots at once caused me to become sick to my stomach, and even vomit post-drink. If I could rate this place a 0 stars, I would. Hands down the worst dunkin I have ever been to. Every single time I have waited in the drive thru for long periods of time and I’m the only car there. The employees are constantly leaving you at the speaker until you finally get impatient and decide to drive off. The young blonde girl has a horrible attitude. I kindly asked her to remake my drink and she gave it back purposely with no ice so it would be warm. She left the lemonade in it when I asked her to remake it with green tea. This place is under new management and they have ruined the place. For 20yrs is was a decent Dunkin, no issues. Now it's run by a tyrant who has made sure you get LESS for your money. Less bacon. Less cheese. Smaller donuts. Donuts removed from menu. Worst of all they are skimping on the sweeteners. Infact, they no longer leave sweeteners or napkins out to help yourself.
