I recently had the pleasure of dining at Ritrovo, and I can not recommend this restaurant enough! My family and I have been going to Antonio's for about 25 years. From his little place in Shelton CT to his brand new restaurant Ritrovo. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. Antonio, the owner, truly runs a tight ship, making sure every detail of the dining experience is perfect. His passion for food and service is evident in every aspect of the restaurant.

The menu at Ritrovo is exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious Italian dishes made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Each dish was expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. Whether it was the perfectly cooked pizzas, pasta, the succulent seafood, or the decadent desserts, everything exceeded our expectations.

What really stood out, however, was the staff. The team was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our meal without ever being intrusive. Ritrovo Restaurant in Shelton, CT, exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the ambiance was warm and inviting, setting the tone for a spectacular dining experience.

Our server, Jack, was exceptional—attentive, knowledgeable, and passionate about the menu. He guided us through some fantastic recommendations, starting with the Beet Salad and Antipasto. The burrata in the center of the Antipasto dish was absolutely AMAZING—so creamy and flavorful!

For a middle course, my girlfriend and I shared the Pappardelle Pasta with Slow Braised Pork Ossobuco Ragu. One word: WOW. It was rich, hearty, and packed with incredible flavor—a true standout dish.

For our entrées, I went with the Brick Chicken, which was perfectly cooked with crispy skin and juicy meat, while my girlfriend chose the Steak Frites. Both dishes were outstanding and left us thoroughly impressed.
