My opinion of my first visit was much higher than the two stars I am giving today. Know this before you go: THEY WILL NOT SELL MORE THAN ONE DOZEN DONUTS AT A TIME UNLESS YOU GIVE THEM 24 HOURS NOTICE! This time I returned to purchase a dozen and a half for a family get together. The extremely stoic teenage girl working looked at the donuts and said "I'll only be able to give you a dozen." I was confused, and initially said "Okay." Then I asked for 14 because that's the exact number I needed for everyone to have one donut, and that's when I was told about their need for 24 hour advance notice. I don't recall a sign. If there is one, it is NOT posted in a visible location. If it's on the door, I was holding the door open for others. It needs to be in multiple locations. I'll be getting donuts closer to home from here on out. Also, I just read some of the other reviews, it is ridiculous for you (the owners) to expect people to read the Google reviews/Facebook page/whatever else for your business before visiting. I try places before I am influenced by other people's opinions. I imagine I am not the only one.
Reply: My wife posted the first review to help correct some issues that we had noticed during our visit. It was unnecessary to reply with such a poor and sarcastic attitude. There should be a sign where waiting customers could gain the understanding of your 1 dozen policy. Not just located on a transition point in your store. I might also suggest that if you habitually run out of product at a certain time on a certain day then it would be obvious to increase the amount of product in inventory during those days to ensure that you have items to sell. I too hope it was not painful to your employee. I would hope in the future that more personnel would be present to help with rushes in order to maintain smooth business instead of causing everything to back up. You cannot please everybody but you can try to learn from things and do better...

They have a lot of varieties. Fresh, handmade donuts are a delightful treat any time of day.
The aroma of warm, sugary dough is simply irresistible. A perfect donut offers a soft, fluffy interior and a delicate, crispy exterior.
Enjoying such a treat can brighten even the dreariest of days. It's a small indulgence that brings a moment of pure joy.

They have a nice store where you can get in and out. If you are handicapped accessible wide doors large benches and chairs to sit in. If you want to sit inside, they got variety of drinks and coffee.
The staff is friendly and like I said the donuts...
Read moreThis place popped up as a suggestion on Facebook. We live about 25 minutes away but the pictures looked great so we made the trip to give it a try. Big mistake.
The place was empty. No customers, no sign of employees, no donuts. That's not a joke or an exaggeration. There were literally ZERO donuts in the display case. Not one donut, muffin, or pastry of any sort. On the way out, another couple (who coincidentally had also driven about half an hour to check it out) pointed out a sign in the window, verifying that they were out of donuts.
I'll give them this, their Facebook pictures LOOK good but if you want an actual donut, you'll be sorely...
