I just looked at my order history. Since December 1st, we have ordered 4 times. We are frequent fliers of Pizza Hut. On average, we order every 2-3 weeks. I have this obsession with Pizza Hut wings. However, in the last 4 orders, only once have they gotten my entire order correct. Usually, it’s that they forget the $3.00 worth of blue cheese that I order every order. The driver usually asks if we would like them to return with the sauces. Of which I say yes to. They never do come back with it. The one time they got it all correct and fully delivered, I literally did my online order (so I could get my points) and then immediately called the store and talked to the manager about making sure my blue cheese is also delivered. That worked! But should it have to be a 2 step order and call to follow up process? Tonight, they surprisingly got our wings and sauces correct but instead of a large stuffed crust pepperoni with extra cheese pizza, we got a large stuffed crust supreme pizza. What gives Pizza Hut? Once in a while I can deal with but when it becomes your norm, to be this inaccurate, at what point do you figure out why you are loosing customers? I have worked at Pizza Hut before, (not in Sheridan) management did not tolerate high error rates, especially when it is clearly a simple reading error on someone’s part, repeatedly! Pizza Hut is better than this! Do better...
Read moreI ordered a delivery pizza and a side salad, the side salad didn't make it in the delivery The guy offered to send it back out, but given it was closing time on the rodeo weekend, this could take awhile so I asked for credit to be restored to my card. The manager agreed to this. Then I don't see any credit the following day, so as I'm passing the restaurant, I stopped in. The same guy said he would credit my phone number. I felt this was a lazy way to address the issue, restaurants return amounts all the time on cards, and I live in Denver area. I may not be up here for years. I told him that was shady way to handle it and he didn't explain that solution to me. He did issue me a 10 dollar gift card, but I really hope this isn't a store policy because it's really lame and lazy not to just refund my card. All could have been avoided by checking the order before it...
Read moreI ordered my food online. Party box, pzone and wings, about $35 with an hour delivery. Called after an hour and ten minutes, they said the delivery person was en route. 15 mins later, they showed up and let us know then, that they were out of pzones (not when we ordered or when we called to see where our food was at) Driver then said they would credit us $20 for being late and out of food. Awesome, we get it, things happen. Open the wings, they're boneless breaded when we ordered bone in, the pizza is COLD, not luke warm, cold. Check my bank, they gave us $10, which is really less than $4 since I didn't get the pzone that was $5.99. Will not be eating there again, everything was poor. Do yourself a favor and get ANYTHING else...
