Chef Angel Mi Restaurante — Restaurant in Sherman

This place was a little piece of Los Angeles, something out of a little town outside of Mexico City on the movies....these people are Rooted down Genuine, it's in an area just south east of Austin college in a beautiful lil neighborhood, just down from a Nice open, manicured Soccer field of the city and Sherman high, nice place for the teachers to bring their family, pasture to bring his flock, and some good down home type Sherman citizens. There are several different cultural churches in the area. They have a monster Burrito that is known all around sher Den and is soon to debut on a food network show for their breakfast and monster Burritos, they are currently looking in to more dinner type arrangement installing a bar ..but drinks are available in a low key setting, as many as can drink 🍻🍷🙂....very interesting lil piece of Texoma land and this is a vital business to the city and a large part of our diet. Sadly, this is due to the service from 1 worker! There is younger server/hostess that is always on point and every time we have gotten the pleasure of going when she was working, our experience was GREAT & we have loved getting on the trips to this establishment ! ( this post isn’t regarding her at all) The last 3 times, our server throws the menus down, leaves without even taking a drink order, comes back to the table with old, greasy chips for the complimentary appetizer, still doesn’t take a drink order, then after about 10 mins, she then comes and takes your drink order, leaves, returns 5 mins later with the drinks and then wants to take your order. If it was a busy time of day, I could be understanding, but with only 2 tables and a total of 4 people consisting of the 2 tables. Not that it matters to them, but they’ve lost a faithful customer that’s been with them from jump! I’ll make sure the server is working that actually appreciates my business before spending money with this establishment...

This food is disgusting, 3 dishes I ordered tonight and all 3 inedible! I had mixed seafood with fish and octopus, it was so overcooked it was like eating rubber. The desert had no sweetness to it at all, it was extremely bitter like eating raw Vegemite. Like, you call yourself a chef? This is the most disgusting thing I've been served in a great many years, MREs are more enjoyable than the garbage you just served me. Over $50 in food went straight to the compost pile. You should feel genuine shame for serving food this horrible while calling yourself a chef. I actually can't remember food ever being this insulting, you are certainly a first for something...
