Momo's Donuts — Restaurant in Sherman

We received horrible customer service. The young male employee that was working on Wednesday March 25th 2019, around 9am, had the worst customer service. Not greeting the guests upon entering the store, and ignoring the guest until he decided to stop what he was doing to grumble over and be very sour / unprofessional in service. This is not how you take care of customer. I apologize for this gentleman having to work during everything that is going on in the world, but that is no excuse for poor behavior. Everyone has a lot of pressure and stress upon their shoulders, the last thing we need is to start treating each other less than one another. Upon first glance, Momo's looks like a little hole in the wall. But those are almost always the best places, right? People drive from all over the country for these donuts, so that should tell you something. The line snakes out the front door fairly often, but with two gals packaging and another two working the registers, it moves so quickly that the wait isn't as long as you'd think it'd be.

The donuts are plentiful and widely varied as the day is long. The basics are always available, but special creations are sold Fri-Sun only... including S'mores Oreo Cake, PB Cup, Strawberry Cheesecake and Butterfinger Bombs, to name a few. I wasn't wowed by the donut holes and because of the lack of seating and room to move about inside, I'm giving them 4 stars. Plan on ordering to-go and...

Found out later when we got home, the incorrect donut was in the bag. All well, it happens this would be the first time this happened. Is a great place.

Changed review: Figured i would try again but this time I was going to ask about the mistake they made but was ignored 🙁. To top it off they had no to little regular donuts left. I asked since they did not have any regular donuts can I get a cinnamon bun instead. I was told no you have to pay more. WOW. I use to go here just about once a month to get donuts. Well after that I will just go to Walmart for donuts. Friendly staff and fresher donuts. One of them seemed like it was made the day before. My boy spit it out saying it was disgusting. To bad I liked this place...not sure what has changed but I am no longer recommending this...
