Apache Dairy Bar — Restaurant in Sherwood Township

Up until 2025, this was my go-to ice cream shop. We would gladly drive the 10 miles from home because of the quality and service. Not this year! The service is average and they have virtually ZERO ingredients in their flurry, their portion sizes have shrunk, and their prices have gone up. Too bad all good things must come to an end, including my frequent trips to Sherwood, Ohio for ice cream. I can get ripped off by Eric's in Defiance and not have to use as much gas...

The staff was great and friendly! The food was absolutely fantastic. Me and my husband were looking for a local place to eat as were driving through on vacation and Apache Dairy Bar did not disappoint! Great food for a great price! We also got a peanut butter banana milkshake that was to die for! 100% recommend. I even told my husband if we have fun on our vacation, we can make it a yearly thing and come back...

This place is amazing!! It's in the middle of nowhere and you can pass it easily, but I'm so glad we decided to stop. Both the smoothies and the shakes were amazing. They have food as well but we did not try the food. Everything is made fresh and the staff was friendly and fast and efficient. Make sure you stop if you're driving thru town. You will not be disappointed with...
