Subway — Restaurant in Sherwood Township

The other day I came in during lunch to zero customers, and one employee sitting at a table on his phone. They were out of the bread I wanted, and had to wait for him to restock the vegetables. Really not a huge deal but it's always something with this location.. Today I went back for lunch, again no customers in the place. I told her what I wanted, and it took a solid 5 minutes to put gloves on and cut the bread. While I'm waiting I'm looking at the vegetables, not sure why they separate them when the workers just drop stuff wherever. The lettuce bin had cheese, onions and roast beef in it, and the spinach wasn't better. Thoroughly disgusting. This place needs a visit from the health department. Oh and of course after waiting, after she cut the bread, " oh we're out of roast beef." I just left. Will never...

Absolutely terrible customer service and quality. As a past employee of subway this really disappointed me. There was one girl at the counter (there was one man ahead of me and I was with a person) it took her 3 minutes to make 3 subs, one for the man ahead of me, one for me and one for my friend. We got our subs toasted, the meat was still FROZEN. We got veggies, all wilted or half bad. I originally ordered a specialty sandwich and was told I couldn’t get it because the girl didn’t know how to make it. A second employee walked in and was listening to a baseball game in his headphones and watching it on his phone actively while ringing me out. We both ate half our sandwich and threw the rest away. Absolutely filthy environment, terrible...

Dissatisfied Customer... Not overly impressed with subway as a restaurant but from my visit this evening at this subway my impression spiralled downhill even further. I'm sorry but when they can't get you what you go there for, but instead just waste your time, gas and wear-n-tear on your vehicle I just cannot justify giving a positive review. I definitely do NOT recommend this subway. All I wanted was a couple tuna sandwiches. The app didn't work and the guy called the assistant manager. Sounds like management was not interested in helping their customer. I kept my money and left hungry....
