This place is a miss almost every time. Iâve given it several chances and been disappointed just about every time. Quality and accuracy are serious issues at this location. Every time I order a pizza, at least one topping is missing.
I wasnât even going to leave a review until last night⌠I ordered a ranch buffalo steak pizza, and this time, I checked it before leaving because of the constant missing toppings. Lo and behold, no buffalo sauce. I went back inside, and one of the workersânot so gentlyâdoused my pizza in buffalo sauce. At that point, I basically had buffalo sauce with a side of pizza.
When I worked in fast food, I always made food like it was my own. Not everyone shares that mindset.
Then I got home and actually ate the pizza⌠The ranch had a weird taste. Hours later, that pizza went right through me. The only thing I could figure is the ranch was bad because the people who shared my pizza got sick, but those who ate the cheese pizza did not. Safe to say, I got food poisoning.
Do yourself (and your stomach) a favorâgo to the Jacksonville location. They set the standard high. Some of the best Dominoâs Iâve ever had, and they actually use the right amount of ingredients to create that perfect umami flavor.    Read moreI didnât rate the atmosphere because Iâve never actually ordered in the store I will suggest that if you place an order on the app to call the store immediately after . I asked for a pie cut vegetarian pizza, I was served a square cut. The second pizza was extra pepperoni đand was not it was regular.
This was the second time on the pie cut request and NO contact!
I didnât complain the first time . . None of those were met. Again, Joe did replace my pizza in which I appreciate it to the fullest. My thing is, I asked for a no contact delivery. The driver didnât even know that I requested that!!! I had delivery instructions for a reason. Also the driver was the one to slice my pizza but it wasnât what I asked for.
All in all I love the pizza đ going forward. I just think thereâs a lack of communication I will still order. Thank you JOE for making it right.    Read moreI ordered a pizza at around 7:24 pm. They promptly went to making it. However when it got out if the oven at 7:56 it sat there and sat there. At 8:34 I finally called the store and noone answered the phone. I then get a text that my pizza is on the way at 8:36 with an ETA of 9:08. My pizza arrived at around that time COLD AND SMASHED! The delivery guy pulled our 4 20 oz sodas in a plastic bag that was shoved in the hot bag WITH my pizza. It was in there so long thetop of the box was nearly soaked through to which he replied its just grease đ my pizza was so cold and smashed I could not eat it. Even after I tried to warm it up and try since it had gotten late. Oh and don't both giving feedback or trying to contact corporate, you won't get a response from either.
