McDonald's — Restaurant in Sherwood

This particular location needs to investigated by their corporate branch because the service here is appalling. I’ve never been to a McDonalds location that didn’t care about the customer at ALL. I live 5 minutes from this location and I’m to the point of frustration with this location that driving another 10-15 minutes to a different establishment is reasonable. The food is ALWAYS OLD, you’ll never receive fresh food and even if you go out of your way to request “Made to order” they still give you old stale food and most likely still get your order wrong to begin with! And don’t even get me started about asking them to right their wrong, the tactic I’ve personally experienced with company at times to vouch for me was…stalling for time until you left from frustration. Multiple times they’ve forgotten about fixing my order and letting me sit in my car for 15-25 minutes and they forgot about the order they just made wrong. I’ve walked in on them grouped up chilling on their phones hanging out while I waited for 25 minutes and they’d forgot/didn’t care about our order. We went to the McDonalds on Hwy 107 & Brockington at 1pm today with our 2 grandsons. We waited inside at the counter for over 30 minutes with one other person waiting in line as well. Not one employee acknowledged us, would not take our order and ignored us. We finally walked out of the door and went to the one on Kiehl and was greeted and properly served. We will go to the Kiehl McDonalds from now on.

The personnel at Brockington/Hwy 107 are rude and inconsiderate of others.

Our grandsons are 8 and 6 yrs old and they couldn't believe the young lady walked right past the patron in front of us and completely ignored her request for service to take our orders. My grandsons said if they don't like working here, they need to find another job! From the mouths of babes!

It's sad when a 6 and 8 year old see a young adult ignoring elders and parents. What attitude does this project to our young children growing up? No respect. It wasn't racial either. The other woman in front of us was African American and she had been waiting a while before we walked in.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to.... Person at drive thru intercom was okay. But I drove up to pay window and the woman was just scrolling through her phone and didn't even notice me at the window. We tried waving and saying excuse me, but she just kept doom scrolling. So I drove to the next window. They handed me my drink and I told them I wasn't able to pay for my food because of the person at pay window on her phone. Then there was some weird stuff going on with payment and I got no receipt. Then I was asked to pull to the front. We waited for quite some time..... then a happy meal was brought out... and we only got half our order. So then we waited longer. Then we got the rest of our order. Then I was told my card wasn't charged and they needed to try to charge my card again..... I drove home and took a bite out of my Mc Chicken that had the texture of a sandwich that got dropped behind the grill for a week and then got cooked.... the patty was hard and the sandwich was smashed.
