This is the worst Sonic on the planet! I ordered 4 drinks on the Sonic app. At 4:50 pm, told the guy in the drive-thru I was picking up my mobile order. He asked 3 times if I was at Sonic. He finally tells us to pull forward. After 10 minutes I called to see why it was taking so long to make 4 drinks. The manager didn't listen to one word I said. He says, "How are we suppose to know your here if you don't check in? You have to let us know your here". I tell him again, I checked in at the drive-thru 10 minutes ago. Then he says, "Oh, he is bringing the drinks out now". 5 minutes later still no drinks! The manager comes out at 5:05 p.m, with a handful of receipts. He asked which receipt was ours? I tell him our order once again. 5:15 p.m the manager brings out 4 drinks. We start to pull away, guess what? I look at the receipt then the drinks, WRONG ORDER!!! The receipt says stall 5! I'm in the drive-thru! We pull back around, I get out of my car to take the drinks back. Passing by stall 5, there is a lady. I asked her if she was waiting for the drinks I had. She said yes. I told her they gave me her order. I take the drinks to the door and tell the carhop coming out I have the wrong order. A white lady with black hair comes out and ask what was the problem. I tell her about the long wait and wrong order. She said, "I made those drinks a long time ago". Then she tells the carhop to take the drinks from me and go give them to the lady in stall 5. 🙀🤦♀️🤷♀️ The lady in stall 5 takes the drinks and leaves. After I had just told her they gave her drinks to me. Does these people not understand we are in a pandemic?? I could not believe what I just witnessed!! At 5:20 p.m, we finally get our drinks. 30 minutes for 4 water downed drinks! After witnessing the insanity actions from these employees, I could not let my family drink these drinks without thinking if our drinks had been taken on a fieldtrip to the wrong vehicle. Wasted 30 minutes and almost 10 dollars! Called corporate, they were nice enough to put a coupon on my app for a free RT 44 with purchase. What kind of customer...
Read moreFirst I pulled into a stall, hit my button, waited for them to take my order, a car pulls up in the stall beside me, their order was taken before mine. I then pulled to drive thru, ordered 2 milkshakes, 1 with no whip cream on top. The girl who took my order tried at least 5 times to enter it into system. I finally saw my total so I moved up in line. After sitting there for at least 20 min. The car behind me was delivered their hot food. When I ask about mine I was told they are ready I'll bring them out when I take care of this order. ???? Any reason my shakes could not be brought out if they were sitting there ready?? I've had 3 incidents in a week at this location, and for the first two a fellow in management seemed to be handling it appropriately, but then the third time when I was at the location for an hour for an app order he wouldn't take my call and in fact blocked my number while his manager on duty was busy slamming the sign next to my open window and yelling through it at me.
Oh, and then I called the 800 number and got someone overseas on a farm (at least that's what the roosters made it sound like) who gave me a reference number and told me to keep my line clear for a callback Friday. Still...
