The Chubby Seagull — Restaurant in Sherwood

This was our first time that my husband and I stopped in on a hot afternoon for some ice cream while camping at High Cliff State Park. I am physically disabled and I use an electric wheelchair. When we arrived we noticed a sign on the door stating to order at the window. I couldn’t get to the window because of the step going up to the window (You may want to make that accessible!) so we had to go inside. You had a wonderful selection on ice cream for a fair price. We both had two different flavors so we could try four of them. We camp at High Cliff every year and we can't wait to make this a tradition by coming back to The Chubby...

MY EXPERIENCE AT THE CHUBBY SEAGULL WAS NOT PLEASANT! My life partner of 20 years and I came into the shop and we received dirty looks. First of all it's 2017, get with the program. Also this is an ice cream shop, not a winery, not an art gallery. Not everybody is as rich as the owners and can afford those horrid paintings. Definetly overpriced. I will also not be spending money on overpriced ice cream for my weight to be made fun of by the shop keepers. Didn't get the name, but stay away from the mad magazine boy. From now on I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Off to my next review, this is sandyandy....

A place you won't regret going as a family or even a mini date night to get some pizza, ice cream or wine😉 Very clean. Great energy. The girls that all work here are so fun and amazing!! Love all the new changes the owners did. And of course they have by bar my favorite ice cream around!! Soo duh we are traveling 35 minutes to go to Chubby...
