Casey's — Restaurant in Shinnston

Casey's has a really nice atmosphere and the food they offered it is among the best when it comes to the restaurants found in shinston area. That being said, the food quality has gone down over the last 5 years. This is mostly due to the owner buying cheaper ingredients and making the menu selection rather small. Another big factor in me giving it only three stars is the price. Although they get poorer quality ingredients than they used to, they charge as though it is top of the line cuisine. Hoagies are on par with other restaurants I suppose between eight and ten dollars, but if you were to want, say, a side of ranch, it is a $1.50 for an amount not even sufficient for one serving of fries. The most ridiculous part of this is that they make their own ranch by the gallon and a gallon cost in less than $5 to make. Staff here on the other hand are quite friendly, for the most part. They smile, are sociable, and tend to the customer's quickly and efficiently. But there are one or two that are quite the opposite. These ones can usually be found having conversations with one particular customer while ignoring the rest or on their phones, and they act like you're impeding upon their free time if you ask them...

bought two bacon cheeseburgers fully loaded for 1850. No charge for lettuce, tomato mayonnaise, etc. I ordered a plain hamburger no bun for my dog that hamburger cost me eight dollars.
