I decided to try out this establishment for the first time. I ordered online, a large Chicken Parmesan sandwich, couldn't have been simpler. The website said 30 minutes. I headed down a few minutes early. When I got to the counter and gave my name, the counter person went to check, and when she came back I knew something was up. She said it would be a few minutes. No big whoop. So I waited. And waited. And waited. People came and went, lots and lots of food was made and served. This is a high volume place. They know how to put food out. I'm certain they forgot my order, but nobody bothered to tell me. Every time the counter person went into the back I could hear the guy saying "He came early! He came early!" That wasn't nice to hear, like it was my fault. The sandwich was pretty good. Too bad I won't be back.
