Home visiting. Passed by this place while driving on Jewella Ave. So I decided to purchase myself and child some Snow cones. After noticing that it was Black owned I became even more excited to support a Blacked owned business (I have one myself). However, when we walked up to the window the young lady with braids was apparently disconnected from anything remotely close to Customer Service. Zero acknowledgement and no offer to take our order even though their was no others in the line. So there was no need to waste money there. I really wish I could give this place a full five. The area around the building is clean, the building itself is well kept, and the sno cones are amazing! But the wait was a little bit ridiculous! Barely chili on the nachos, the chips were stale, and this Diet Coke is expired. Today is 8/24/21expired in 2019. The outside of the coke was very gritty. I called when I got home requesting the owner’s contact info to inform them but was not given a contact number. He said she is just going to tell you to bring it back.
