For my first visit I have to give 3 stars only. We told the young girl we had 3 orders, she replied: Oh you have 3?! Go 'head with your 1st order. Place the first 2, abt to give the 3rd. We give the 3rd order, she pauses, then says: OH. PULL AROUND TO THE WINDOW. We pull up to the window where the young man proceeds to take the money for the 1st order & I notice someone walk to the side of him talking. The young man pauses, takes the money for the 2nd order, pauses again while the young girl keeps talking. We told the young man we need to place the 3rd order, as told by the young lady to pull up. He stands back up as the young girl is talking & says: Oh, the microphone cut out. You're going to have to get back in line. (Mind you the line is now down the street) Of course we ask why we aren't allowed to place the order after being told to pull up- indicating we'll be able to place it then. He says a 2nd time we will have to get back in line, apologizes again. We ask to speak with a mgr, the young girl is now talking loudly towards us. As we're pulling forward she yells: WHAT SHE SAY??!!! As if she were going to come through the window to confront & fight us. Get to the 2nd window, ask for a mgr in a polite manner after narrowing escaping the nastiness of the young girl. The young man at the 2nd window grabs Fred the manager. We are explaining we'd like to place a 3rd order & couldn't understand why we couldn't place it. He says: You wanted another #1, right? Yes please. It's funny that the girl said the intercom cut off, that's why she couldn't take the order, yet the mgr already knew what the order was..... Finally get a #1 white which was fresh & seasoned very well. Thank you to the other members who work at this location, along with Fred for rectifying the unnecessary situation. Hopefully we won't encounter that same girl on...

If I could give negative I would. The WORST experience I have ever had at a food place. First the lady didn’t put in my order or listen to me at the window, then she asked what I ordered at the first window TWICE and I let her know (keep in mind I was very kind and had no issue doing this). She then got the order wrong and they took my food when I let them know it was wrong on the receipt and asked me to pull into the front. After waiting they brought out one side and no chicken or anything to go along with it. THEN AFTER THIS A HOMELESS WOMAN BEGAN TO HARRASS US IN FRONT OF THE EMPLOYEES BEGGING FOR US TO GIVE HER OUR FOOD!!!!! Not to mention the employees were all wondering around outside in front of the building and parking lot just having a blast. I love southern classic chicken but this one was absolutely HORRIBLE. save yourself the experience...

If I could give negative stars I would worst experience at a southern classic won’t be coming her and I’m going to make sure that everyone I know doesn’t come here. The girl who helped tried to steal my change she only gave me back $0.86 it took me a few minutes for her to give me back the right change. She was too busy flirting/playing with one of the cooks to pay attention and tried to just hurry up and give me my stuff but I wanted to check to make sure my order was right which must of passed her off because I barely got my hands out the window when she slammed it shut. The chicken was hot but my sides weren’t the fries were stale and cold the bread was hard and dry and the red...

Fantastic fried chicken, the best in Shreveport by far. Take the size and crunch of KFC’s extra crispy, mix it with the spice of Popeyes and price it like Church’s and you’ve got a real winner. When the fries are fresh they’re addictive especially with the Cajun seasoning however the other sides can be hit or miss. Same with the service at the drive-thru. While the line moves a good pace the servers can be nice and helpful one day, curt and dismissive the the next. Still you can’t beat the chicken so it’s worth it. Now if they only had Popeyes biscuits...
