Upscale Wings & More — Restaurant in Shreveport

Me and my co-worker on Lunch break today.... we decided to try this place and very disappointed. I called in and ordered a grill shrimp and chicken salad when I got there to pick up the food, Mr. Joe tells me that they only had one piece of chicken so I only had shrimp on my plate. They were very spicy, the salad had more croutons than lettuce and tomatoes. I attempted eat it and found hair in my food. my co-worker open her food (a grilled chicken salad) and it looked like a side salad every thing was diced up so small, very little lettuce and it was not enough serving for one adult. she had like 30 croutons and 6 chicken chunks. She called and informed Mr. Joe, he then tells her that this he is 40+years old and that this is the 2nd time this week that someone called in upset about the food. I will never go back. I will spend my money elsewhere. I will not waste it there again. I would have took a picture but I was so upset once we saw the hair I just threw the plate in the garbage...

The daytime service and food is so different from the night crew. Dayton me was friendly and had a very energetic customer service attitude the food was hot , fresh,and delicious. The cashier even remembered my name after I had placed an online order, Now the night crew is totally different. The lady did not acknowledge my husband or me, she had a attitude and I ge food was hot and fresh but so salty it gave me a headache. I think we should do better when it comes to servicing people. Especially with the attitude. Please do better I really want to support...

I was hungry, yet skeptical. Outward appearances could mean one of two things: This place is either really horrible... Or it's gonna be some of the best food you'll ever experience.

This place is surely the latter. Their wings are sauced and seasoned very well and were cooked just right with a subtle layer of crunch. Their dirty rice was very apparently made from scratch and wasn't overly seasoned as other restaurants do.

Service was exceptional and the staff are very polite. In conclusion, I will most definitely order...
