I was here that Monday night as we are usually here a couple times a week. Had a nice conversation with the owner sitting next to me and always talked with nice staff while watching volleyball. I was outside at the time a woman staff member came out looking right at me yelling that volleyball was cancelled because someone wasn't wearing shoes. Her tone was noticably aggressive and loud. I never once took my shoes off at this place so no idea why she was looking at me. We spent a good $100 a night twice a week at this place all summer and never had issues with anyone. Bad experience here tonight. We are here weekly to play in a volleyball league and typically things are fine. Ultimately the issue was that there were footprints in the hallway near the bathroom. Ski ward had a valid concern that they could get shutdown by the board of health. Ski ward responded by shutting down volleyball for the night and closing the business. There are no signs on either of the doors we use that you must wear shoes, shirts, etc.. and ski ward said that is common sense.
