Stopped in to try the Friday special - Fish sandwich platter. Comes with Coleslaw, Fries. The fish sandwich comes on a toasted hoagie roll. I've never been here before. Nice bar. Has video poker, small dance floor, nice size bar with a decent selection of your favorite adult beverage. It was clean and the bartender/waitress was very attentive. Ice tea was good. Coleslaw was tasty as well. The french fries were coked perfectly with a nice crunch to them. Ample portions. The fish sandwich was big. Onion, lettuce and tomato were offered along with tarter sauce, mustard and other condiments. The fish was cod, well battered and cooked perfect. The only negative thing to say would be that the filet could have a little more flavor to it, maybe spice it up a little. I through a little salt on mine. I believe the cost was $8.95 plus the tea was 1.75 with free refills. I think its a good deal. I will go back for sure. I would recommend stopping in for a beer and...

The drinks were great, slots were slots but what ruined it was when I ordered food- order came out missing items. One item in particular was the sour cream on the Irish nachos (potato fries with cheese, bacon crumbles and sour cream). The waitress/bartender didnt say a thing. Just put them down in front of me and walked off. I asked where my sour cream was - her response...I dont have any, but I can put cottage chese on them if you want. COTTAGE CHEESE....? I would not have ordered them. I pushed them to the side. I could not eat them as they were burnt and lack of sour cream made them too dry. Paid for every drink as they were brought but she never said anything about the potatoes. We go to leave and she asks for the $ for the food. Went here with 3 buddies (all 3 of us being African Americans) overall the night was going good. Then once it was time to close our tab we were charged for 11 fireballs, 6 crown and cokes, and 3 Budweiser which was insane. Especially when none of us even drink Budweiser, one of us was on a bike then other 2 had to drive home. THATS NOT EVEN THE WORSE PART.
