Today after years of eatting Bo's for breakfast. I was highly disappointed with my food and the way I asked for it well done. So I just asked for it to be re-done and the cook which is one of the managers was being mouthy about having to remake it. Then I talk to the other owner and he didnt show any care to fix the problem. I just wanted my food right and to not have the person fixing it to be upset about not doing it right the first time. I have always loved eatting there but I wont be going back unprofessional and was very rude. When working in the customer service field we need to do better how we treat our customers.
Regardless of how you feel Chris or whatever you heard I was disappointed and if I wanted my whole meal made over because it was wrong it should of been without any lip from your employees Also who wants a whole skillet put back on grill thats been mixed all together now the eggs are over cooked and all just because it wasnt done right and instead of satisfying the customer you wanna give attitude and just slap it all back on there. Well no Sr. That was not what I wanted or asked for and I explained that to Tom. Read moreThe cashier was very friendly. That’s where the experience started so very Important to read whole review. Order the 9.99 breakfast. No where on our bill did it say 9.99 instead they broke up each item and ended up charging 12.68plus taxes which I understand is not under their control. But to charge 27% more right off the start is wrong. Next time be honest and indicate the real price. Now for the food experience. The Hashbrowns were cold and tasted like they were washed with soap and heated in Microwave. The Bacon was soaked with grease and cold as well which would indicated they were thrown into the deep fryer and pat dried with paper towels. The toast was good except they were cold as well. The eggs came out broken but they were warm. The coffee tasted weak might as well drink coloured water with sugar . Overall I gave a two start because the cashier was friendly. If not for that I had to go with 1 star because there is no 0 . Won’t be returning on the way bay from our trip. Will have car on auto pilot to miss this location all together. After an awkward 3-4 minutes with multiple people walking by us serving food and coffee, I went to the counter asking if we seat ourselves. She said order here, then sit. Oh, ok. She said have you never been here? UH NO! so then I ordered the skillet. She asked with everything? I dont see a description, so what is in it, she can’t recall, keeps randomly saying things. Fine. Ordered it. Husband ordered his food. We watched our food sit under the heat lamp for 9 minutes. Staff was all angry, mumbling about picking up the slack since no one else was, 1 was in tears, they kept disappearing in the back. Finally got our food. Even who we imagine to be the owner was angry, kept saying he was done with the day. 2 hours before they close.
