McDonald's — Restaurant in Silvercreek Township

This place exemplifies what I hate about McDonalds; deceptive and arrogant. 1) Orders are upsized without asking the customer. So, they are taking money that doesn't belong to them. This can increase revenues by thousands of dollars a year. It is NO accident. 2) When you question the bill, they say it is just sales tax hoping you drop it. This is pure deception and basically illegal.3) If you question the bill, you are holding up the line and you are in trouble. The cashier calls the manger hoping to pressure you into just paying and going away. How dare you question McDonald's! They will decide what you will order and what you will pay! Don't you dare question them! And you better leave a clean table when you are done! ...

I know I shouldn't be eating McDonald's at my age, and the Jamestown McDonald's always makes that a little easier to accept. Absolute slowest and most inaccurate McDonald's I ever go to - religiously. Sat in the drive thru waiting for 15 minutes for a quarter pounder NO ONIONS. Pulled to the side, waited another 10 minutes. They finally bring out the bag and I just take it home assuming it HAS to be right having had to wait that long. Nope. Thing's covered in onions with a big receipt in the box that says NO ONIONS. Rocket Surgery.

Had an early morning leave time/all day basketball tournaments trip that I was driving. Location was drive-thru only (covid)but as we know busses don't fit through the drive-thru. I called and the manager was so very helpful at making sure I could still get coffee and a hot meal.
