I wish I could give negative stars. My roommate and I are new to Perkasie and had heard good things about Pino’s. Boy had we heard wrong. I ordered through slice online, and ensured that my address, name and number were all correct. After over an hour, my food still hadn’t been delivered. I called slice who placed me on hold and told me that they had talked to the restaurant who had delivered our food to the wrong address. The restaurant had then informed the slice representative that they didn’t want to send us cold pizza and wanted to remake our food, which would take another half hour. I called pino’s directly as I had already waited an hour and had a lot of hungry people at my house. I spoke to the rudest woman I have ever had the displeasure of talking to on the phone, and who repeatedly told me it was not their fault and that they had my name on file with an address I have never lived at. She told me it would be at least 30 minutes for my food to get delivered so we sent my family members over to get the pizza. She also informed me I would be refunded over the phone. When my family arrived at Pino’s, the same woman continued arguing and blaming us for THEIR mistake, and gave them $5 as a refund on an order over $40. We ordered two cheesesteaks, two orders of fries, with two sides of honey mustard, an order of chicken florentine, and a chicken parm platter with linguini substituted for spaghetti. We we're told it was $55 and would take 45 minutes to arrive.
After an hour and twenty minutes, I called to see where the food was and was told the food was out for delivery. I was then transferred to the driver and he told me he was lost and needed help with directions. After an hour and thirty five minutes the food finally showed up.. well some of it.
What we received was two cheesesteaks, one order of fries instead of two, no honey mustard, chicken parm over spaghetti instead of linguini like we asked, and the chicken florentine looked like it was just a piece of grilled chicken in a metal container with milk poured over it. No pasta with the chicken florentine. The food was cold and disgusting. I could only eat 3 bites of the cheesesteak. We called back to complain and to get the order correct and after ANOTHER 40 minutes they brought the missing items. They didn't fix the chicken florentine. Looked exactly the same.
All in all it was a terrible experience and a waste of money. I heard good things about this place and I usually give benefit of doubt and don't write too many bad reviews, but that's $55 I'll never get back. Hope they make some changes so people don't have the...

Went to pick up (45 minutes) when the Slice App said order was ready and they didn’t even have the order and couldn’t find record of my order. Guy behind the counter said the Slice App orders were coming in late. I showed my order and my receipt and they said they would take care of it. Waited another half hour or so at the restaurant before I received my food. Mind you that I prepaid, left a tip in the App, others came in and got their orders just fine.
