First time in a while in a McDonald's but it was like walking into a whole other place then what I remember. When you walk in you aren't greeted by a friendly employee but by kiosk where you place your order. When I asked an employee if they could take my order he said he could in a few minutes and it's more efficient to use the Kiosk. I muttered through it and got my order but not exactly what I wanted. I wanted to substitute my soda option with a meal with a shake but didn't know how to do that so I just got a Big Mac and a small fry that was over $10. Ridiculous. When my order was called I didn't get a thank you or asked if I needed anything else. I haf to ask for ketchup and get my own napkins. Yes napkins are available on the floor, but it use to be when you made your order to go, that's what it meant, an order to go where your bag, when handed to you, was complete. McDonald's to stream line $ has succeeded with removing the human to human experience which some may not care about, but in the long run, it matters. Needless to say I won't be back to McDonald's.    Read moreI go to this McDonald's almost twice a week I work down the block and today was the first time I see the cashier and the lady that gave me my order...I just want to say the cashier didn't ask me if I need it sugar or milk for my coffee wish I know that every I go they always ask you...so I go to the cashier and I the cashier didn't ask me for sugar or milk...she says to me your supposed to ask witha face that she got upset or something them proceed to ask for sugar and milk she give me sugar but no milk I look at her an she ask me anything else I said yes my milk she goes and gives it to me and them she ask what else I said a stir to move my coffee...what I want to say is mc donalds employees are making more them 20 bucks and hour do you think they should be treating customer better them this...we're is the good customer service that back in the 90's or 80's we used to get I don't know if is managers that don't care how they treat us or regional manager's don't put enough emphasis on good customer service...i wish I was working in the food service so I could teach all this employees how or what customer service is...
   Read moreKids and I rode bikes here for lunch since check mark â was there for dine-in ok. When we got there dining in area was closed. I asked to speak to mgr told her we would have not come here if dine in was closed. We wanted to eat in since hot outside. I asked if anything could be done for inconvenience but nothing. I figured maybe ice-cream for the kids or something but "I don't have control over site showing dine-in as open..." Should have went to Chick-fil-A, at least they would have tried to do something nice to make up for their error... I'll post if I get a response from owner
Update, went back inside to get refills on drinks and they wouldn't refill them. Asked mgr to give me new drinks then if not allowed to refill she said " I have to charge you".... then I got loud and said "I would think you would want to satisfy an unhappy customer not upset them even more"...she ended up giving me new drinks. Won't be back to this Mc Donalds...
