I used to love going to Taco Bell and I'd usually go through the drive thru because of my sometimes busy schedule. This time as I went through the drive thru, I ordered and my total came to $9.11. I gave him, the person at the window, a $20 and he promptly shut the window. Then he quickly opened the window, gave me 89 cents, no $10 and shut the window again. I waited a bit, window opened and I told him I needed a $10 and he argued with me. I didn't have a $10 in my purse! I asked for the manager and she backed him up and said, "No, I already closed his drawer and he would be out of balance..: How did she close his drawer in the time I gave him money? I was still waiting for my order!!! Now, this is my mistake, they finally told me to drive around and the 'manager' would help me. I drove around, parked and entered the franchise. Here she was on her phone looking at the footage...at ANOTHER CAR! I drive an SUV! She again went and got the money from his 'drawer' and told me I WAS WRONG! I had to leave, but NEVER AGAIN will I go to this TACO BELL - a MAJOR RIPOFF! I was beyond disgusted!! Never again! So, people WATCH...
Read moreObviously, Taco Bell is not designed to be a high-level high-quality food establishment. It is straight fast food. IMO, several of their food options are quite tasty, nonetheless.
The drive-through at this location is clean, nicely cared for and is usually pretty efficient and the ordertakers are pretty good. The one thing that I think can be greatly improved is the standardization of the quality of the foods that they are delivering. For example: we like crispy tacos, but half the time the tortilla is cracked or completely destroyed, and the stuffing is sparse. However, on the other hand, there have been plenty of times that the tacos have been adequately filled and the tortilla shell is in pristine condition.
I think it just requires a little extra attention by the employees and/or management to ensure that the product going out is of a standardize,...
Read moreI stopped going to Taco Bell over 2 years ago because they forgot part of our order almost every time we went there. The kids really wanted Taco Bell today, reluctantly I agreed and to Taco Bell we went. And what a surprise. They again, forgot part of my order. I get home and a Burrito Supreme is missing. I spent almost $30 worth of food and they can't it right still. So I called them to let them know I was missing a Burrito. I had to call them 10 times before they finally answered the phone. No surprise there. Taco Bell food is good but they the worst service I've ever seen. I can't believe they still function in such a terrible manner. Guess I will take another 2 year hiatus from Taco Bell.
I grew up eating Taco Bell. I remember when it was across the street. Service was way...
