Happy Tail Coffee is in an old horse trailer that was converted. It's a cute trailer and I've seen them at various locations, such as Flamig Farm, festivals, and The Shops Of Farmington. They serve coffee of course, lattes, and baked goods.

The coffee is top notch the baked treats are always fresh and if you catch her mixing up Espresso Martinis you’re in for a real treat. She brings a fun energy everywhere she sets up whether it’s a local fair or a private event. You don’t just get coffee here you get an experience....
