Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Sioux Center

I am so incredibly disappointed in my first and LAST experience at Scooters in Sioux Center, IA. I went through the drive-thru this morning and ordered a coffee with oat milk because I am allergic to cow milk. I realized after tasting my delicious coffee that it had REAL milk. When I called to kindly ask if it was possible they might have had a mix up the girl who answered was rude to me!!! All I wanted was my coffee remade:( I am so bummed. & in severe pain! This is the 2nd time I've visited this Scooters, and both times I've had great experiences. The staff are extremely friendly, the service was very quick, even with my large order, and the drinks were amazing! I wanted something different and new to try and I really appreciated their recommendations. They knew exactly what to suggest and I absolutely loved it! I think I found my new favorite. I have been to a handful of scooters coffee drive thrus, and while I don't have anything bad to say about any of them, this one is definitely the best of any I've been to. I work right across the street, so I go there 2-3x a week and no matter which employee is working, they are so nice and so helpful. They are always making recommendations when I ask for them and for some reason, their cinnamon rolls are the absolute best!!
