I shouldn’t of gone. 8:20 PM drive through attitude, pull up to the window and the man that was at the bar across from Jim’s restaurant kindly asked me to ask the window if milkshake machine was still on. I agreed and waited for the server inside but she just looked at me and did not come to the window. I expected to at least receive my drink as I usually do when I go to the LeMars Jim’s. As I wait for my food I drink it and ask for a refill when food is ready. This time we waited so long for her to come to the window the guy finally gave up and said never mind and left. I waited about 5 more minutes and I saw my food was done but I still waited at least another 3 minutes for her to make my drink and then came to the window for me to pay before she handed me my food so yes I regret going I will not be back. Bad service and the fries were loaded with salt and I paid $1.50 for avocado on my burger and I got two measly thin slices. at the other location I get the same exact meal and usually comes with 4 to 6 slices of avocado across the patty. Very...
Read moreHello 6 of us went in to Jim's Burger on Floyd Boulevard in Leeds and had terrible rude service we got there at 5 mins to 9 after a baceball game the girl at the front for ordering food alerted me that it was 9 almost and barely wanted to serve us I I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger combo but when food came there was only one patty and was just thrown tohether poorly.one other of 6 of us ordered chicken tacos and they were so very HOT she couldnt eat them. Another ordered pork tacos and again were too hot to finish then before rest of party were finished eating the girl up front rudely stood with mop and told us she was gonna lock door like get out now so we threw rest of our food in garbage can and left we have ordered the tacos before there and some of us eat at Jims downtown alot and tacos are so good and dont severely burn your mouth. The worker girl had bad rude attitude. So our advice to you is dont eat at Jims on floyd in Leeds or chances you'll have a bad...
Read moreSmall place that used to be a Dairy Queen. Turned it into an additional Jim’s Burger location. Food was made hot and made fresh. Staff seemed a “little” less attentive than what I’m used to experiencing from the other locations, but still quite good. I would not have an issue with trying this place again to see what kind of service and food quality I would get the next time. I’m just not in this area that often. If anyone were to inquire with me about giving this place a try, I would say it’s certainly worth giving it a shot. I was pretty happy over all with my experience, and look forward to see what the next one...
