You folks in Sioux City are getting screwed over by the franchisee at this location, who I’m going to assume owns all the TJ’s in the area. Rolled through the drive-thru here one night to pick up a six pack and a pound for my wife and I before heading to the hotel for the evening. Got up to the window and was told the total was almost $18! For a cheap meal that is priced at $10.99 at other TJ’s! The order was only the six pack and a pound and two dipping cups of salsa. (Turns out they charge for the salsa too. For the same thing you serve yourself when you dine inside.). I added sour cream, and the ingredients didn't seem to be "mixed up" very well inside. The sour cream was all on one end. This has been an age-old burrito issue, Taco John's should have it figured out by now.
Also, their app and rewards system is terrible, but I know that's not an individual location issue. I get the same reward if I spend $5 or $50, which is a single "punch".

Today I asked for 2 of the sour cream and cheese combo cups and received 2 cheese cups and 2 sour cream cups. I asked for a receipt and was told by the employee working drive up that he was unable to print one for me and thought that giving me back the coupon some how remedy the situation.
