Taco Bell — Restaurant in Sioux City

I went though the drive through to grab a late lunch for my daughter and myself. When we arrived home literally 2 minutes away I noticed I was missing items I paid for, my food was ice cold, it was made incorrectly, and didn't have any meat on it! When I called the restaurant the male manager was extremely rude and told me there was nothing he could do because the food left the restaurant! I went through the drive thru! Yes my bad for not counting the items to ensure everything was there but your telling me that if you don't unwrap all your food to make sure the main ingredient (the meat)is on your food you're just out the money for overly overpriced food you paid for? And do you not have to follow health code regulations? There is no way any of that food was to temp. The male manger told me not to come back if I don't like the policy. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau. If I pay for something and you refuse to give me what I paid or give me my money back that is theft. And don't worry I will glady never return. This has by far been the worst experience I've ever had, Taco Bell congratulations on setting the bar so low! Looking at the rest of the reviews this seems like a common business practice accepted...

It was a late fall evening. There was a taste of winter cool in the air. As I spoke my order with great passion, the beautiful man across from me recited my order with perfect fluency. When i got my food the amazing smell of hand crafted beefy five layer wafted into my nostrils. I was ecstatic. I put my mouth that was salivating with anticipation for this beautifully crafted burrito. I fitted my mouth around the soft shell and squeezed me jaw tightly around the steamy hot burrito. Immediately after I took that bight flavor exploded into my mouth. With the nacho cheese and the fire sauce coursing through my mouth mixing the two flavors together like a beautiful dance with two amazing corresponding dancers. I was and will always be delighted by the fruitfulness of the food and services I am supplied with at Taco Bell.... i will return back to the holy kingdom...

We had a mobile order and wanted to place another order but they said we could only place the mobile and would have to go back and wait another 30-60min in line to place the rest of the order. They then had to refund our mobile order, which is lot harder may I add instead of just giving to us what we paid for. On top of that I ordered 12 soft shells and they gave me hard shells with not even a half a scoop of meat in any of them. There was literally more cheese than meat. I also emphasized I wanted extra hot sauce 3 times and they then forgot to give me hot sauce and when I asked for it they gave me terrible attitude. I get that it’s busy at the time we went but if you don’t like your job and you don’t want to be there during those hours, that is not my fault and as someone who works in customer service would never do this to anyone.
