McDonald's — Restaurant in Sioux Falls Township

Ordered a 20 piece Chicken McNugget Meal w/a Large Fry & a Large Sweet Sweet Tea. Now the menu clearly states a 10 piece meal or a 20 piece & the Family 40 piece meal w/2 large fries or the kids 4 or 6 piece meal. The dude taking my order/money rudely says there's no 20 piece & never offers a suggestion & tells me there's no Sweet Tea. Mind you, it's 8:15pm so it's not really that late. I'm irritated now because the entire time I'm trying to give my order the kid is talking over me & not listening & doing his job & completely going out of his way to be a jerk! I repeated I wanted a Sweet Tea 4x just to be told "Yo we don't have anymore Sweet Tea Lady!" which just set me off the way he spoke to me. The Chicken Nugget issue was a mess. I asked the kid since when is a 20 piece not being offered & his response was & I quote (mind you he's all of 18-24 yrs of age) "Uhhhhhh ever since I can remember. We've never served a 20 piece girl!" So I responded w/but you serve a 10 piece & a 40, but no 20? Really? I pulled out a receipt out of my wallet from 2020 showing a 20 piece meal & he refused to look @ it stating it was either from another restaurant or Country despite the receipt clearly showing McDonald's & the store I'm currently at. So I had to just ask for the 10 piece meal & then just buy a damn 10 piece nugget. I was screwed tonight financially & when I asked for the Manager I was told HE'S BUSY!!! This kid was even put out by giving me my receipt & then forgot I wanted a large fry & Orange fanta drink. Heaven forbid if I asked for a napkin. My food wasn't fresh either, it was obvious it had been sitting out & just kept "warm" for quite awhile as the nuggets were hard as a rock & the fries, which my Amazon Parrots love & look forward to getting just 1-2 each couldn't even tear into them & they can easily take my finger off if...

Okay... where to start. I went here with my daughter the weekend I had her 3 days in a row. Twice to eat and once to just play in the play place. They dont enforce the socks rule #1 kids just run around all the time no socks. If you have ever had hands foot and mouth as an adult you'd know how important the socks are. #2 the spot we sat at for 3 days has had ketchup smeared on the walls. Literal ketchup on the wall for 3 days straight I guarantee it's still there. #3 I asked for a bag for my food and the teenage girl at the counter put her finger up and told me hang on i have to take this drive through order. It took me 15 minutes just to get a bag #4 I asked for honey mustard and was given ranch when I asked for honey mustard they said they were out. I was a crew trainer for mcdonalds I literally could see the honey mustard sitting there. #5 the management literally yelled at kids in the lobby to be quiet or sit further away from the counter. #6 not once not twice not three times but 5 times now I have had to wait 15 minutes or more on pies.... then when i get them they look like the attached photo.... burnt and overdone. #7 if you do a curbside order every single time it takes FOREVER to come out. I even had to call the store once for them to come out. Asked if I could get ketchup and was told NO I mean they seriously said no and left.

About a year ago I started having issues at this McDonald's. I haven't gotten the right food in my last 4 visits because it seems like no one understands what plain means. I have given them so many chances thinking that every place makes mistakes but it's every time now. What pushed me to write a review today was that I was on the inside lane of the drive thru. It did it's little pre recorded welcome (which already makes modern McDonald's very uncomfortable. I don't want to talk to a robot, but that's low on my issues with this place) after the pre recorded welcome I heard nothing else. I waited thinking maybe only one person is working drive so I'll hear from them after the car on the outside lane. Once the first outside car was done the second one pulled up on the outside and had their order taken. So I start asking if anyone is there. No answer. After the 3rd car on the outside had their order taken I drove around to the first window, explained the situation and was told to get back in line. No apology, no "I'll take your order here". Just either come inside or get back in line. I waited my turn. And they didn't want to be helpful at all. I'm sick of the 26th Street McDonald's and am considering driving to the 10th Street one where I'm more likely to be harassed by a hobo. But I'd rather deal with that than these workers who must hate...
