Starbucks — Restaurant in Sioux Falls Township

I come here at least once a week, usually more, and I don’t think I could ever name a good experience. Workers are rude and I always get my drink made wrong. I try not to complain or ask for it to be remade because as someone who works with food I understand how annoying it can be. However, as a paying and tipping customer, I think that my drink should be made right. I always come inside and I have seen workers make my drink with water instead of lemonade and gotten attitude when I said something. If someone is paying $9-10 for a Frappuccino with extra mocha or caramel, then there ACTUALLY needs to actually be extra mocha or caramel & not JUST all on the top of the drink. Sometimes it’s all on the sides & top like it should be, other times it’s just plopped all over the top, but then it clumps up & gets stuck to the lid. I’m not going to sit there like an animal licking off extra sauce/drizzle because I paid for it. I started going to this location vs. the one closer to my work because it was usually make the right way, but not lately. Then to want a tip after that is...

If you want a free drink, this is the place to go!

This place is one of my most disliked Starbucks I've been to. About 70% of the drinks I've ordered on the app is either made wrong or has a very bad taste. It's gotten to the point that I've been able to distinguish by weight if it would taste good or not. I've racked up a ton of free drinks through them because a Cremé drink would have coffee in it (my wife can't have caffeine).

I can't recommend this location unless if you're fine with inaccurate orders and free drinks...
