I was honestly hoping to give them a 4 stars and the food was what brought about the current rating. The Alfredo pasta had a mild grainy taste to it and was slightly tasteless, could of used some salt. Even a pinch would of elevated the flavors of both the chicken and pasta. The salad was quite hearty and actually good, can't really mess up on salad so. The Spinich dip was great! Quite creamy and appetizing...maybe one variety of a stronger cheese like cheddar, but it honestly is good as is. The bread which came with it wasn't too hard or soft.. Just perfect 🤤! The chips were just a little weak making it hard to scoop dip with and quite oily considering the Spinich artichoke dip had quite a bit of oil in it already. I did enjoy how frail the chips were though, now for the deep fried snickers...the idea is well received and sounds amazing even, the execution of creating such a dish though could use a little bit of work. The tortilla flour used to wrap it was too thick and since it was accompanied by ice cream, the minimal deep frying it had didn't do much to melt the chocolate within. Just a really hard/frozen snickers bars with tortilla flour and ice cream hahah, no hate though...just my personal opinion and critique of these dishes. Now the margarita was phenomenal! Perhaps I am being a little biased, since I have a soft spot for tequila. Nonetheless the mixture was of even amount and came out nicely! My "Greyhound" I had was also nice, customer service was great. Had a great bartender, though it seemed as though they weren't communicating. Because after one left, another came over to ask the same question not even a minute later hahah. The venue and place is nice though, go try it out and prove my reviews on the food wrong. Hopefully things are different 😊🙏🏾. Update: Fried Snickers this time was fantastic, just be more verbal and specific about the way you want things. Even if you haven't had it yet, just to avoid misunderstanding...
Read moreSounds like Luke S and our party may of had the same waitress, but we're not really sure because we had several waitresses. One that brought us menus (which were dirty), drinks and an attitude. One brought us our appetizer. One brought us our meal and check. We were asked once how our dinner tasted. My son order wings, but I provided wet wipes. The table was greasy when we 'sat ourselves', the floor was dirty and we were given an excuse as to why it to so very long to be greeted..."A party bus just showed up". We were unsure as to why a floor server needed to help out at the bar? The food, which is why we went, was mediocre. Want wow factor?...The servers at the OT open the door for you and speak to you as if you were the customer and not their boyfriend who just broke up with you. Not to mention the food (at the OT) has a wow factor and you will clear your plate. We will not return to the Attic and our friends will hear about...
Read moreWe decided to stop in for a quick dinner for our first time ever there but it was anything but. It took a little over 10 minutes for the waitress to greet us and after taking our drink order, it's like she completely forgot about us that another waitress came and took our order 10 minutes later. After finally receiving our food, without the requested condiments, the fish and chips were pretty cold and gross that I had to quit after trying to chock one down. No one even came over after the food was dropped off by a runner, which she spilled my food onto the table, for a quality check, not for refills, but only to drop the check off. Not even my partner could finish his fish and chips. I would say the only thing they've got going on for themselves is they're Halloween decorations. Even the loud music it made me feel like I was in a dance club, not a restaurant. I think next time we'll just keep driving on to...
