Subway — Restaurant in Sistersville

Actually not even one star would be suited for this place. When we were walking in the door the manager was on the phone talking about firing an employee where everyone could hear, then comes in and sits a table instead of helping the employee in the back. Then the meatballs I ordered were cold, so I asked the girl to heat it up again and she got an attitude with me, while I was waiting on the sandwich, she temps the meatballs and they are only temping at like 99 degrees because the employee yelled it back to the manager. I really hope I don’t get food poisoning. Working at sheetz for 4 years, I know that meatballs are supposed to be temping at 165 degrees. And as we left the manager was still sitting at the table yelling at the employee as other customers...

People are great unfortunately very slow. I also called to tell them my receipt show extra money taken off my card for a pizza sub with extra meat they charged me $13.00. I'm livid that they won't fix this and give my money back. Pizza sub is only $6.99&$2.00 extra meat so total $8.99. Till this is fixed I will be contacting corporate which is a Hassel just to make me more teed off they won't take calls they want you to do it on line. On line only allows you to try to franchise, order, or get a job basically. So where is the help. I can't buy subway no more if this is how they treat customers. If it wasn't for the flavor of the very expensive sandwich it would of only got the one star...

The employees are super nice. Service was nice.

Unfortunately, I am not sure their procedures for prep and cooking their bread. Being a previous employee of another Subway, I know it shouldn't look undercooked on the bottom, dried out, and hard. It might be they didn't spritz the water on them this time. Or over night storing too much air exposure, it just that It's tasting like yesterday's day old hard bread.

Buying a dozen cookies, we so disappointing - they too were so hard you could not bite into them.

As for the footlong mint cookie - I don't think this is their issue, but I won't buy this again as it was difficult to swallow, too dry, crumbles so badly you might want to...
