Wow. Again, Wowww! It was an amazing experience to get food over there. My husband and I were just visiting the town when we saw that food truck and decided to order some food. Garren received us friendly and explained your whole menu. My order was a pork sandwich, and my husband ordered a brisket sandwich. Our food came in the styrofoam box. My box had a pig drawing on top of it. My husband's box was drawing a cow. It was so cute of them. After that, the food was incredibly tasty, both of the orders. My pork sandwich comes with two choices of sides. I choose mac'n'cheese, made with pepper jack cheese and cripy onions on top. Which made a total difference in the taste. I love it. Even the coleslaw was really good. Anyway, we intend to go back there some day to try more options in their menu. It was a wonderful food experience. Thank you, Garren teed!

They are open Wed.thru Sat.but remember they close when they run out. The old Union Hall across from Yokes in Kellogg. They have a nice new truck. I was glad to see a BBQ place open here. I love brisket , usually get at Arby's. Little tip for ya, the one in Sandpoint is more generous than the CdA.😋 It was busy. They get lots of called in lunch orders. Ask for a paper bag or bring a reusable tupper ware. The lady was nice enough to pose for me with my brisket san. The thing I did not like was the tip board being handed to me. U feel pushed into tipping and when you get no table service tips are not req.d. Waitresses need tips ,the pay is so low. They have that train car trailer to paybfor tho so pay extra if u want to keep them here.

Stopped in had the three meat plate. We don’t eat beef, gluten or dairy, but we had plenty that we could eat. We had the andouille sausage and the chicken and the pulled pork with the spicy barbecue sauce and baked beans and it was to die for some of the best barbecue we’ve had in a while and it was funny because we were just riding by our bike and decided to stop. We weren’t even hungry. Would 100% come back here again and actually probably will on the way back 😂. The owner was super friendly and even greeted us as we ate all in our best dining experience. We’ve had a very long time and it was very reasonable too.

The beef brisket was very tender and the mild BBQ sauce good. The coleslaw is a bit sweet, similar to KFC. I had tried the Firecracker Mac & Cheese for the first time at the catered lunch for Shoshone Medical Center earlier that day and was told that it had more heat if purchased from the food truck. I am not one for eating really spicy foods, but it was cheesy and flavorful. I would have had a big glass of milk to go with it had I known it was spicy (I’m a wimp when it comes to heat)! The chicken is also flavorful. By the time we arrived, the pulled pork was already sold out for the day, but no worries! There is always another day to drive over to Kellogg for some...
