Tudor's Biscuit World — Restaurant in Smithers

Good country food with the fixing’s. Plenary of signs, calorie info, parking, wheelchair access but the employees seemed distant. 3rd or fourth time I’ve been there for dinner and they are out of staple items such as corn bread (again), no ice, the tea was burnt and hot, they didn’t have enough mashed potatoes to do the order but added them anyway. Same goes with the gravy for them. The counter said they didn’t want to make more so I ( a grown adult) had to deal with less than a child’s portion. To add insult to injury the food (except the pinto beans) were barely Luke warm. Then when asked for some butter it was almost an act of Congress to get it and it took several trips back and forth to complete my meal purchased at the counter. Flies also present. Would be great if air curtains were added. No one was in the dining area at the time so we were bombarded with flies. It was NOT a pleasurable experience. Overall my trip and dining experience really blew. Not like other times I’ve been at this particular location but the last 3 or 4. Not sure I’ll stop by there again. A veterans money only goes so far and I’d really rather not waste...

Ordered a super breakfast for my wife, side of bacon and hash rounds for my daughter, and a Ron n hash rounds for myself. Upon returning home, we realized my biscuit was forgotten. Sure that this would be resolved easily, we called and explained what had happened. Not only were they rude as could be, they acted as if we were lying, whilst we're holding the receipt, reading it to them. Ultimately, we were given an option to return "later" and get the biscuit, or the following day. Instead of returning for the biscuit, we opted to learn a cheap lesson ($5.29+tx) to stay away from this particular place. Admitting a simple mistake shouldn't be hard for someone in the fast food business, as I'd imagine it's a commonality. Getting defensive about your own mistake, though, was both laughable and sad at the same time. Being I've worked in food for around 20 years, I couldn't imagine keeping my job with...

I'm from The Hocking Hills Area In Ohio and We Went Down To Visit Family In Lookout and Do Some Fishing, We Stopped at This Tudors Location Due To A Different Route Home, We Ordered 2 Dottie's and 2 Ron's and 2 Baked Steak Dinners With 2 Large Sweet Teas, The Biscuits Are So BIG That I Could Only Eat 1 and Brought The Rest of the Meal Home Where We Happily Devoured The Excellent Food, GREAT SERVICE and SMILES For MILES and FAST at The Drive Thru , THANKS TUDORS , WE...
