I came across Flame Bistro in a Facebook post and decided to give it a try while I was in town—so glad I did! It’s conveniently located right on Route 209 with plenty of parking. This new Polish spot serves some truly delicious food. The pickle soup was hands down the best I’ve ever had, and the Polish platter could hold its own against top-tier Polish restaurants. The staff was very friendly, and the cozy, welcoming atmosphere made the meal even better. I really hope this place sticks around—too many great spots on 209 don’t last. I ate them with a little of the their pulled pork. They were delicious on their own though. The meat ones have the pulled pork in them. I highly suggest them. Burger came with two juicy patties.
