The other Artic Circle, in logan- has not improved. The times our family went there-- no one responded; very little service. On 4/14/25- I noticed that Artic Circle was advertising their Taco Salad. My mom likes to try certain foods. She's into taco salad. I surprised her with AC Taco salad...It's a big salad. She really liked this taco salad! It tasted better than other places, not to mention places. There were FIFTEEN (no exaggeration) people in their dining area with us and she proceeded to tell us that the ādining room was closedā. We were able to order but as we stepped away from the counter she told the family behind us that theyāre open an hour later on Friday and Saturday?????? And then turned them away. It was 9:00. Iām not sure in what universe you leave the doors unlocked just to tell people they canāt eat in here and then turn away paying customers. I hope weāll get our food? Iām typing this as I sit in the closed dining room - she said I could wait but not eat. Kinda weird. Poor service. Not fast. She was obviously annoyed we came.
Update: we had a picnic on the hood in the parking lot, it was fine. Another family tried to go in and contemplated going somewhere else but ultimately went to the drive thruā¦...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI don't know if this was a rare occurrence, or something that happens a lot, but I feel that it is worth mentioning because it was very frustrating. First off, waited in the drive thru line for almost 20 minutes, when I got my food I asked if they had given us fry sauce(because who doesn't love fry sauce???), and she said yes, but then offered to give me a couple of extras. When she went to get them for me a gentleman told her that he had given us plenty and we didn't need anymore. When I got home I had 2 fry sauces for 2 corn dogs and a large cheese curd-really not enough-I would have paid for the extras if he had asked. Also, our hamburgers were cold. We will definitely be waiting awhile before returning, which is sad because it is so...
