The service is really bad. I tried to call in for a pick up order and they were very rude and disrespectful. They rush me to order. I was trying to place my order and I was trying to buy more items with my order by asking what is your other appetizers and they were trying to hang up on the phone saying you can just come in and order your food they did not want to take the time to name a few good appetizers as a recommendation so I choose not to get an appetizer and just ordered my food, but they deserve not even a one star they do not care about the people they care about money treating people like that doesn’t deserve peoples business, but I’m gonna be kind and pick up my food. Anyways someone needs to train them how to treat customers in person and over the phone. When you treat your customers by yelling at you on the phone, they need to be supervised on their position. Place is horribly rude and disgusting. Food is horrible. Ordered black pepper chicken and it came WHITE and soggy. I HAVE NEVER been given sauceless black pepper chicken. Black pepper chicken is served with a sweet yet spicy brown sauce and pan seared until a beautiful crust forms and it’s served with green peppers and onions. On top of it being soggy and no sauce you can clearly see RAW chicken. It’s PINK. Chicken isn’t pink. Drove all the way back just to rudely be told that’s how it’s cooked and I better just accept it and leave. I paid $26 for horrible chicken and a large chicken lo mein. Way too pricy for garbage. I will make sure to tell every to stay away and recommend everyone to go to Hong Kong in Princeton. They by far have the best food in Johnston county. I’ve been coming to this restaurant for years, & it’s hands-down one of my favorites. The food is consistently delicious & the service is always warm. They know who I am when I walk in & the guy who works up front always remembers my Dr Pepper without me even saying a word. 😊 That kind of personal connection means everything!

This time, I noticed something a little off with one of the dishes that my brother ordered today... some broccoli came out looking darker than usual, not sure if its bruised or old..? It’s the first time we’ve ever had anything like that happen here, & I know that’s not the norm for them. I trust it was just a one-off, and it won’t keep me from coming back.
