Placed an online order at around 9:15pm 12/30/23, got a call from one of the young ladies working saying they didn't think a driver would be there on time as the closed at 9:30pm this night. I informed her I was picking it up myself and was already on the way, she said that was fine. I arrived at 9:30pm exactly and saw my order being thrown on the pickup shelves. When she unlocked the door she handed my son one sandwich and said they couldn't make the other one, they were closed and to come back tomorrow. I went to the door and spoke with the young lady, who was extremely rude, and I told her I was told on the phone that it was okay to pick up my order (she said it wasn't her I spoke with, it was the other girl) and I told her that didn't matter that I either needed a refund or my other sandwich. She closed and locked the door, had a conversation with the other girl on staff, and came back maybe 10 minutes later with the sandwich shown in the picture, not even close to what I ordered. I asked for her and the other lady's names and she said to me "don't order here again" and locked the door in my face. Completely unacceptable as I was upset but still polite to her.

Read moreShowed up to place my order and the place was empty besides the employees. The two young gentleman were Jonny on the spot. They got the order right and were friendly. I'm not sure what Subways policies are but when I got home my wife's bread was hard... and it was not toasted. My bread was toasted and had some hardness. While I was there I asked to see the tuna. They showed me and it looked past it's time to be replaced. The veggies were not covered and the lettuce had brown on top. When I asked for the lettuce I asked for the green lettuce which they did do. Overall the young staff were nice, the bread was hard and the veggies need to be covered. Subway is publicizing "Eat Fresh" the bread was anything but fresh. You could literally "thump" the bread without making a dent. Satisfied with the staff but not "the freshness" or how the store is run. 93% on health inspection posted. There were so many FLIES IN THERE THAT IT MADE YOU WANT TO TURN AROUND AND WALK OUT THE DOOR. The FLIES is all over the areas where the food is even when you first approach the food area. When the lady opened the case to prepare the Sub I saw a couple of FLIES fly out. The FLIES were even at the end of the food line next to the Cash Register. I WILL NEVER RETURN THERE AGAIN.
