McDonald's — Restaurant in Snake Spring Township

It's not that the food is bad it's just usually old , you're missing items and if you have a special request it's usually messed up! This is by far the worse one in the area! It's hit and miss here, Burger King is only a few miles down the road as is Subway or the A & W across the road! The staff however is very kind!

UPDATED REVIEW This place had actually been doing much much better it was a night and day difference I moved away and was visiting family so I thought after picking up my walmart since Walmart doesn't have Spark drivers around here, I'd go through the drive thru it was dead and then I felt horrible as suddenly everyone in the county must've had the same idea and cars started backing up in the drive thru, joking with the young lady I said oh my gosh I'm so sorry, I feel terrible y'all had no customers until I pulled into the drive thru now everyone has followed me in here... she apologized for the wait saying they were short staffed, I don't mind waiting on my food, that means it's gonna be hot and fresh.. notice I didn't say the order would be correct... that brings me to the update on second shift first shift is great never any major issues, well once they gave me a sausage Mcmuffin instead of biscuit but they easily and quickly rectified that situation and the manager threw in a pie and a hash brown.. okay back to earlier this evening 5/4/24 around 5:30pm ish I ordered a regular crispy Chicken sandwich, one Deluxe Crispy Chicken Meal no tomato cause he's weird I said to the girl he eats ketchup but won't eat the sandwich if a tomato has touched it, a Filet of Fish meal only cheese ( which comes on it already) ketchup, mayo and pickle with Dr. Pepper to drink... I get to our place of business and call him to come outside... I say Hey I have food out here I figured you might be hungry! Now one of the fries were piping hot, burn your mouth hot so I gave those ones to him...I should've had the food separated... he's pulling out the food and I'm telling him what's mine... who got the BIG Mac?, he said. What Big Mac? This one he opens the box and shows me the BIG Mac... well he has been at the store about 10am and wasn't getting off until he closed it up at 7 so I said I didn't order it... where's my chicken though? It's not in there...I tell him to keep the BIG Mac. I go to eat my Filet o Fish with only cheese ketchup mayo and pickle.... Wrong... oh it's in there but it only has the cheese and Ketchup on it and yes it's cold.. I thought oh well no biggie I'll just add some mayo, pickle and a bit more ketchup... and heat it up it was terrible the only thing they got right in the order was the fountain drinks. If you're going to go.. Go during the first shift when the store manager is more likely to be there and things are done right and properly! Such a shame they really were doing so much better it was a complete 180 now there back to where they began! Hopefully they can get back on track again cause I did feel bad for these ladies, you could tell they were short staffed and that's where management needs to step up and reward the workers that Always do show up and are on time or even early for work, do better reference and background checks on potential employees and get rid of the bad apples if you keep letting the little things slide and letting them get away with all the little things it's only a matter of time before the things turn...

This has become the worst McDonald's I've ever eaten at in my 43 years of walking this earth. It doesn't seem to matter what time of day my family goes to this McDonald's, It doesn't seem to matter who is working what shift or what manager happens to be in charge at the time. They consistently and chronically screw up our order. I've left bad reviews on Facebook before and they sent me coupons. But they're never seems to be any upgrade in any service ability whatsoever. Last night they left out nuggets in our 20 piece nugget order, shorted us an entire sandwich, turned our large fries into medium fries, and one of the sandwiches they did give us had nothing on it but cheese. After calling to speak to a manager, I got a girl who sounded like a teenager and didn't even want to give me her name when I first asked to speak to someone. I had to get her to tell me her name. (Mikayla) She was entirely disinterested into anything I was complaining about and just kept offering to send me coupons. In fact, she didn't even ask me what was screwed up in my order initially. When I told her I had a problem with my order she just said "Do you want to come back or I can just send you coupons"? This McDonald's is completely uninterested in...

Was here yesterday and went through the drive thru. At the speaker only the hood of my car was at the speaker, they asked three times for the order but i didnt answer cause I wasnt up far enough and I wasnt gonna scream it (there was a blue big truck infornt of me) so once I was able to move up I waited for a mintue amd didnt get asked for my order so I just started talking. After all I went and paid like usual. The girls in the windows were very friendly and nice.! At the second window they asked if i cohld move up, and I did so. I waited for five minutes then the store manager comes out. She's barly at my window to hand it to me, and all she says is "here you go" she didnt say sorry for the wait or something like that. She was very rude.!!! Honestly this place needs a new store manager. Her name is Virginia. The fries weren't all that great either. The wrapper for my sandwich had ketchup and mustard all over it. Very messy. I would of turned around but I was on my way to work. I dont come here often and this is excatly why. Very disappointed.!! Will not...
