Blinky's — Restaurant in Snellville

UPDATE* We have tried twice since my original review and were thrilled to get the food and service we once loved! Thank you for the response! It is further proof that we need to give these local places a chance to overcome and make things right! Thank you Blinky’s!!

Sadly not what it once was. My husband and I ordered via Uber Eats and we were so excited to eat Blinky's again! Unfortunately the food was even more disappointing than the price. The philly was very lackluster and had very little meat. Also, no mushrooms as stated on the menu. The wings were dry and flavorless and the fish was not fried properly and had too much of a "fishy" flavor. Also, we ordered a large fry and two green beans and only received the fries. I like to start by saying EXCELLENT customer service! It's clean when you walk in and they have a 100 (A) health department rating!!! That's a plus! You should be checking that before you order at any restaurant. They have options for days! This can be a bad thing but it's not here! It's a good thing because they have options for people they may have dietary restrictions. They also have vegetarian options like the veggie Philly and black bean burger! The prices are reasonable as well. They have family meal options too. This is very helpful and make it easy what to grab when you don't feel like cooking! I recommend visiting whenever you're thinking of takeout options! The restaurant is small but you can dine in if you like! I can tell customer satisfaction is very important to the owner and other team members! This won't be my last time!...

UPDATE: Not consistent. My entire staff ordered here 7/12/23 for lunch. The food just wasn't good. What was weird for me was my philly this time was on a long hot dog bun (added this picture). Fries were hard and tasted like they were fried, and then fried again. Nothing was anywhere near as good as last time. Several couldn't even finish their food. Wings did not have sauce flavor, just salty. Lemonade tasted like water. Since it was so good last time, I just had to take one star away for inconsistency.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Probably one of the best chicken philly's I've ever had. The bread was soft, moist, and perfect. Philly was loaded well with toppings and cheese. My two co-workers rate their wings a 9 and 10 out of 10. Onion rings and fries were also good. Corn nuggets were cooked perfectly. Service was excellent. Food made fresh....
