I visited the Waffle House at 1960 Main St. East Suite B, Snellville, GA on August 26, 2025 around 2:42 AM, and the experience was humiliating, traumatizing, and completely unacceptable.
I live with a disability and placed my order clearly and calmly, but it had to be remade three times. Instead of patience and respect, staff dismissed me—and falsely accused me of being intoxicated, calling the police on me. I do not drink or use drugs and offered to be breathalyzed.
Despite my cooperation, four or more squad cars showed up, treating me like a criminal. I was left outside, struggling with my disability, vomiting, physically ill, and emotionally traumatized. I also felt fear for my safety and for leaving home after this event.
Harassment is no joke, nor are false allegations. This caused both physical and emotional trauma, and it affected my ability to work, rest, and feel safe. One young lady at the register was kind, but the rest of the team acted without empathy, responsibility, or professionalism.
I am sharing this to warn others and to demand accountability. No one should ever be treated this way for simply being a customer, disabled, and respectful.
I had one of the most humiliating experiences of my life at this Waffle House (1960 Main St. East, Snellville, GA) on August 26, 2025, around 2:42 AM.
I came in as a paying customer, with a disability that affects my mobility, simply wanting to eat. My order had to be remade three times due to repeated mistakes. Instead of listening to me, the staff treated me dismissively.
What happened next was traumatizing: staff called the police and falsely accused me of being intoxicated. I do not drink or use drugs. Despite offering to be tested and fully cooperating, I was surrounded by multiple police cars as if I were a criminal—while struggling physically outside the restaurant. I was eventually let go because there was no evidence against me.
This was harassment, false allegations, and discrimination. No customer deserves to be treated this way—especially someone living with a disability. The only positive note was one young lady at the register who showed me kindness and respect.
This experience left me shaken and sick. I am pursuing accountability. Harassment is no joke, and false accusations can destroy lives.
There’s more; trust we’re NOT done with this.
I appreciate the female standing out front as cashier on duty; if it wasn’t for you, this would have gone higher than it’s gonna go. I’ll make sure you’re rewarded and you better not get fired/terminated (Please stay out of...

It got a little awkward. One waitress was sitting and counting her tickets and the other two were preoccupied also. We talking quietly about leaving.... Granted, it was football Sunday and I'm sure the workers did not feel like working so I am sympathetic. We got seated finally. I believe a staffhand had his food waiting on him for his break. He saw us with no drinks uet so he stated he wanted us situated before he left. Kudos to him. It was smooth sailing afterwards. A party of 2 came inside but left promptly afterwards because they were not serviced.
While paying for our food, the staff served our drinks stated he was sorry that we had to wait so long. The establishment was not full..only 4 people was there. It was really no excuse..
In reference to food, it was hot and good attention was paid to it,...

The first time I called, it went to voicemail, the second time voicemail, the third time they picked up and hung the phone up. I saw the person who did it. She was white with a colorful mask on and her hair in a ponytail. There was 4 people working, 1 car in the parking lot and only 3 people in the restaurant. The sad part about it, I believe corporate was there. As I was sitting there a black lady with reddish hair and an older white man in waffle house uniforms were leaving. I'm a personal chef, I work in hospitality, I just delivered meals and didn't want to cook myself. What bothers me is franchises like waffle house can get bailed out but the small businesses are lucky if they get anything. Do better waffle house... I'll be making my own All...
